About IRS

Iceland Rescue & Safety provides specialized Health & Safety services in remote areas or hazardous locations where dangerous situations can arise with little notice. This can apply to film or TV projects, which often take place on glaciers, mountainous areas or in other unusual surroundings, geological expeditions and mining operations to name a few.

IRS also provides location scouting services for film and TV projects. We have excellent knowledge of the country and it’s hidden treasures but we also understand the qualities a good location requires besides aesthetics.

Our motto is Safety – Rescue – First aid.
